Start11 suggestion to allow customizing the program list

If I'm in the wrong place please let me know and, if possible, tell me where to post.

In Windows 10, I used to create folders within C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

I created folders like this: #GUITAR, #MULTIMEDIA, #TOOLS-DISK-USB etc

In every folder, I copied shortcuts of my preferred softwares

That way when I clicked the Start menu, I was seeing my own menu items. I used the # symbol to force Windows to place those folders at the top of the menu list. Very efficient :-)

I tried to do this in Windows 11 without success. 

It would be nice to have something like that in Start11 software :-)

In the hope of seeing this one day :-)

Hello,

But, in Start11 Windows 10 style, you pretty much can do that. In Windows 10 style, you can create icons groups or if you wish something like a folder, you can create icons folders where you can hold shift and drag icons to combine them into one. Have you try it?
