product key not sent
I requested the product key as the one I had cam back as not valid. The request for the key to be sent, was never fulfilled. I tried several times on two different systems

Try this link using the email address you used when buying the product
if you used PayPal use that email. https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval
or Did you send in a Ticket to support ? if so when ?
