The reason I'm asking is I've lost a fence off the bottom of my screen and it seems like having a list would make dealing with this situation user friendly.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
As you say No there is No list but,
You do have a Snapshot Option ( in the Fences app ) to restore Fences lost ( see Image below )

Thanks AzDude - That kinda helped and it kinda didn't. By my selecting an older snapshot the contents of the fence that's off the bottom of my monitor were emptied and are now on my desktop. The problems are as follows:
1) the now empty fence is still not making an appearance i.e. it appears to still be below the bottom of my monitors. I realize the fence might be on the desktop and hidden but if it is I can't find it.
2) By my selecting an older snapshot the result was all of my fences have been emptied of their contents. I haven't tried selecting a newer snapshot to see if the fences will be repopulated with what was in them before. Here's hoping that's the case. 😁
So I'm hoping that the programmers will consider adding a function where the user can see a list of their fences and the user would be able to select one of them and make it active where it would appear on the desktop.
If you or anyone else has any suggestions re how a Fence user could grab a missing fence (or since it's now empty delete it) I'd be most grateful.
Update: Choosing a newer snapshot did not repopulate the fences that were emptied. Major bummer but that goodness I hadn't built all the fences that I'd planned on building.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For Fences list you can view it by going to "Color & apperance" -> in "Background Style and Color" click on that drop down arrow. There all your Fences will be listed out. What you can try from there. Select that missing Fences, And select "Adjust title Font" set the font to maximum size (71). This should increase that Fences titlebar size and if the Fences just below and behind your taskbar. That titlebar with big font will pop up. You can drag it back up. And do anything with it.
