Was told there was an update to Start10. Started the update and it downloaded 34.7 MB of 34.7MB, but it never starts the update.
If your trying to update to Start11 you will have to buy the upgrade to that new version and get a new key.
Do you have Object Desktop the its included go to your account page and download fron there.
