Start11 taskbar issue

Using Start11, I seem to be able to change the primary monitor/screen's windows button. Is there any way to change the second one as well? And an issue I have had in a month or two. The secondary monitor's taskbar apps are having a green background/aura around them. Any way to remove it?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system

  1. Your Windows 10 or 11? And its full version numbers. Please use Winver.exe to get full version numbers.
  2. Start11 version installed.
