Charged for a Start 11 upgrade
Charged £3.99 for a Start 11 upgrade on my card. And no email or update on my account for the download or the key.
Could someone look into this and let me know what is happening?
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Thank you for the fast response. I did order on a guest account. As I forgot to log in, unfortunately.
I have tried the email method of checking the keys associated with my email address and all I got was my key to Start 10.
And there is nothing in my account history that shows the purchase.
But I have checked with my bank. And I have been charged £3.99 for the upgrade key for Start 11. Shown as FS *STARDOCK AMSTERDAM NL. on my account.

explain your issue and then wait for a response as the tickets are answered in the order they are received .

Is there a 24hr or 48hr turnaround on this?

As I said above tickets answered in the order received and now is the weekend and support desk is closed.
So wait for a reply and don't submit another ticker or you will move back to the end of the line .
