Start11 second monitor taskbar issue.

  1. I seem to be capable of changing monitor one however I like, screen two however seems to have a few issues.
     
     
     
     
  2. Screen/monitor one:
    Image
     
     
     
     
     
  3. Screen/monitor two:
    Image
     
     
     
     
     
  4. The second taskbar seems to have the apps right next to the menu tray + the icons having a blue shadow, any way to switch over to editing monitor two?
     
     
     
     

    Is there anything that I can do?
