upgrade start 8/10

money taken but no upgrade available

Hi,

 

I just paid the upgrade price for start 11.  I have 8, and 10 but think it was 8, that got upgraded).  The payment was taken but when I install start 8 it says its incompatible with my system (windows 11), so i cant gain access to the upgrade that I am assuming is in the update on the settings of the app.  I can install start 10 but that says their are no updates available.  Are you able to look into this please?  Start 8 and 10 both appear in my order history but 11 doesnt.
