Have a Fence (Windows 11) Display on All Screens?

I've used Fences (Windows 10) for years, and there's a View feature to let a fence(s) display on all screens.

I just installed Fences (Windows 11) on a new Windows 11 PC and can't find that feature. Does it exist in the new release?
