problem: code 5

Hello, my name is Vincenzo Pugliese and I am writing to you from Italy. I recently purchased your Object Desktop software. After using it for some time, I found myself needing to uninstall it and do a new installation. After doing it, however, I have not been able to use it anymore, because every time I try to update the individual applications to be able to install them, I get the message: problem: code 5. I tried to change the security options and I also entered the Object desktop in the list of authorized apps in the antivirus, AVG Internet security, but nothing has changed. My desktop is equipped with an Intel I5 processor with 16 Gb of ram and windows 10 Pro. Can you help me solve the problem? Thank you.
