Start11 does not work after Windows Restart

Hello,

I purchased Start11 Standard Edition. After installation, everything worked fine. But after restart, a click on the windows start button does show the standard Windows 11 Start Menu, not the one I choosed in the purchased software.

However, when pressing the windows button on the keyboard, it will bring up exactly the menu, I choosed in the software (but somehow on the left side and not centered how I settet it up).

Can me please help anybody. This is not okay for me, purchasing a software should work without any failure.

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall but same effect, after windows restart it doesn't work correctly anymore.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Did you installed any other application other than Start11 that change Windows 11 Start Panel and/or taskbar?
