I want to buy a key, but when I click to buy a key license, a page with an error message appears, is there a failure when they will fix it?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can also buy Fences 3 or Fences 4 if you go directly to its product page :

  1. Fences 4 https://www.stardock.com/products/fences4/download (newer version)
