Icons get lost

Hello,
after installing and configuring the Stardock start menue looks like my old Win 10-Startmenue. But after a time I discovered blank tiles in the start menue. The icons are gone.

In Windows 11 start menue the icon is visible, in Start11 not. It seems that only windows store apps are affected.
Is there a possibility to get the icons back?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. After a time, meaning? After few minutes, hours or days? Does reboot bring it back?

Hello, don't know what happened - built a own icon in the meantime - but suddenly a few days later, the original icon was back in the app selection list. So I could delete my own built shortcut and add the original shortcut from the app list again.
