I purchased the single-user license for both Start11 and Fences. I would like to return those and purchase the five user licenses for both.
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

I have emailed and submitted tickets with zero responses.
Tickets are viewed in the order received , only do 1 ticket and wait for response .
How long does it take for a reply?
We are in the weekend now so replies will continue on Monday in the order received .
Support finally got back to me. they said unfortunately they don't refund so that you can purchase a different license pack size.

I guess it's my fault for not being aware that there was an option for the licenses to come in a 5 pack.
