we want to buy a license for the Frences 3 product in the basket we have a choice of licenses: Fences, Object Desktop, Fences For Business, i.e. the Fences license also includes companies? or is it a home user license only? can we legally buy it for a company?

I believe it is as what it said, the price is different between those packages. Fences for Business, as mentioned there, have its own advantages that come with their own price.

What is Single Key Activation For Business? in regular Frences you do not get the activation key? then how to activate it for the full version without a key after purchasing it?
Single key activation for business, for me, means that for business, you can buy single key to activate more than one system, depending for how many license you purchase to tie to that one key. For home use, you will always get a key for that one license you purchase.
