Multiplicity Configurator does not work, Multiplicity 2 does not start at startup.

I am having problems with MS Office and allowed MS technicians to control my computer. The fifth agent, a "tier 2" tech made a lot of changes trying to fix the MS office issue. However, while he was messing with my computer, he made ObjectDock and Multiplicity 2 disappear.

I was able to re-enable ObjectDock and I can start Multiplicity but Multiplicity does not star automatically and the configuration utility no longer works. When I select "MultiplicityConfig.exe", UAC asks 'if i would allow', I select "yes" and after a couple revolutions of the spinner, nothing happens.

I am guessing auto start is a configuration option, but if not, how do I get Multiplicity to auto start?
