Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would like to know if you purchase those Fences keys for Fences 3 or 4? And you was trying to activate Fences 3 or 4? Also you can recheck which product and keys belong to you using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys.
But, also, you might have issue on activation due to maximize activation. You can use this guide to deactivate old activation before trying to activate it again. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct
