Start 11 won't open.

Hey there,

Start 11 will not open after installation. It had been working previously and has suddenly stopped. 

I tried uninstall, reboot, reinstall. didn't work.

I also tried uninstall, https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling purging the install with this, restart, reinstall, and opening and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating as I had gotten so used to using it I don't wanna go back to the default start menu! Start11 is great...when it works!

Please help !
