Sorry to hear you are having issues. It best to raise a support ticket using the link below. Include all the details in there. Support will help you from there. Need to wait for a bit since Support will need to respond those tickets by their numbers. Do not raise multiple tickets, it will only confuse the system. Yeah, I had made a ticket, but ended up just having a friend put the payment in and send the product to me as a gift. Thanks for the response anyway!
