Cannot purchase Start11

Problems

from Stardock Forums

I'm trying to purchase Start11, but when I do the checkout, I always receive the message "An unexpected error has occurred and we cannot accept the payment now", when I try with PayPal. I try with the credit card - in fact, more than one credit card; and it refuses; I have checked with the bank and there are no issues with the card. What is happening? Is the problem with me?

I have tried yesterday and today again, still with no success. I'm purchasing from Brazil. So far, I didn't receive any answers from the support team.
