Problem with Start11

Windows Apps

Anyone know how to stop all the Windows 11 apps appearing back in C:\Users\Use Name\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\S10 every time I delete them?

Those are automatically created for use by Start11 for some lists.

Are they causing a specific problem for you?

They are causing a problem. I don't want them in the Start Menu but every time I go to C:\Users\Use Name\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\S10and delete them they keep returning. Very annoying as they are all apps I don't use and therefore I don't want in the Satrt Menu.
Anybody have any ideas how to stop them coming back?

I am afraid this is how things work.  Those very same apps also appear in the standard Windows menu,

Unlike non universal apps which had shortcuts in the start menu folders and could therefore be deleted, universal apps do not and thus have nothing to delete.

The folders created by Start11 are there to assist with some popup menus Start11 uses and for providing icons.  They are required and will be rebuilt whenever a change to universal apps happens (say uninstall or install)

You can of course uninstall those apps if you want.  This can be done by right clicking on them in Start11 and picking uninstall.  Then they will not exist and will not have shortcuts created.
