The question is to know if a "STARDOCK 11" exists and do I have to pay for a new license and above all is it going to be compatible.

Hello,

(I am using Google translate to send you this message in English, as I don't know if there is French customer service. Thank you for your understanding).

I am contacting you because I bought a license for "STARDOCK 10" some time ago (see below).

(I allowed myself to hide the key, so as not to have a use in my place of the license. Thank you for your understanding).

A week ago I got a message from "WINDOWS" inviting me to switch to "WINDOWS 11".

Today, I wanted to download and when launching the update I was told "the STARDOCK 10 program is blocking the update".

I pressed 3 - 4 times on "update" but nothing happened, it was a refusal to go to "WINDOWS 11"

By going then in "control panel" and by doing "uninstall" then "STARDOCK 10", effectively thereafter by clicking on "update" the update "WINDOWS 11" of approximately 1 hour worked.

The question is to know if a "STARDOCK 11" exists and do I have to pay for a new license and above all is it going to be compatible.

I don't like the new "WINDOWS" presentations I always wanted to have "the task bar" with the "WINDOWS button on the left" and "a simple drop-down menu" and that was the advantage with your software .

But at the same time having "WINDOWS 11" made sure of the latest updates in terms of security and others.

What can I do, please, to continue to benefit from your product?

Thank you in advance for your reply and your help.

Good day.

Regards,

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

What is Startdock11 , that's not a app.

Do you mean Start11 does work with Win11

Your account shows you what apps you have https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Check this link here to see what's OK for Win11 right now https://forums.stardock.com/505717/stardock-app-compatibility
