Start11 seems to have animations at 60 FPS.
Since the rest of the Windows interface is animating at the monitor's refresh rate (144hz) this appears jarring and slow compared to the rest of the animations.
How can one choose to select an animation speed that better matches the refresh rate of the monitor?
Do you have one monitor or more than one?
The animation speed should be the same as the monitor, but it may be misdetecting things.
In this case, I have 2 monitors, both hooked up with DisplayPort cables.
The main display is 1440p 144hz and the other is 1080p 144hz.
