Special multimonitor configuration

I have the following monitor and pc setup: 4 pc's each with 10 monitors. Monitors are arranged in a grip of 8 columns and 5 rows. Column 1 and 4 are connected to pc 1, column 2 and 3 are connected to pc 2, etc. What I need is for the mouse to move from column 1 to column 2 (go from pc1 to pc2) without having to go thru column 4 first. In essence, I want to move mouse to/thru desired columns independent of which pc they are connected to. I found a company that can do it with wired kvm switches, but they do not have a virtual product. Too expensive to do it that way. In the end I will have 2 more sets to configure this way. Desired configuration state as follows:

pc1-column 1 / pc 2-column 2 / pc2-column 3 / pc1 column 4 / pc3-column 5 / pc4 column 6 / pc4-column 7 / pc3-column 8. I MUST have this mouse movement scenario = [pc2-column 3 / pc1 column 4 / pc3-column 5 / pc4 column 6]. 

Any ideas or help here???
