Import startmenu from W11 --> Start11 & W11

Hi all

I just upgraded from W10 -> W11.

W11 messed up my startmenu, but Start11 gives me the possibility to regain my W10 startmenu which is great!

HOWEVER

The upgrade also deleted the startmenu layout (groups and icons). Even when I choose Windows 10-style the icons and groups are gone.

Is there a way to import my old Windows 10 startmenu containing LOTS of icons and groups ? I still have all files from W10 on a harddisk.

I'll take my patience in both hands to reconstruct my startmenu then...

 

Auxiliary, is there a way to backup the Start11 startmenu-layout once I'm done ?

I looked for modified files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11 but nothing had changed.

I guess it all happens in \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8\Start8.ini then ?
