Icons cannot be placed in 1 column

from Stardock Forums

I am running fences V3.1.3.3

I have several fences that are 1 icon wide.

This worked until yesterday.

Now the icons are placed in 2 columns even though there is space for all of them in 1 column.

This hides all of the icons that are in the 2nd column because the fence is only 1 icon wide.

How do I return this to the previous operation with all of the icons in 1 column?

Fences that are 2 or more columns wide work as expected.

Nothing I know of.

It just showed up that way.

So Far:

   Rebooted.

   Checked all the settings I could think of.

   Tried creating a new fence.

   Reset fences to default with no help so reverted to what I had set up.

   Searched the interwebs for something similar.

I just made them larger and that fixed it.

I set them back to classic which what I normally use and the fix stayed.
