Fences 3.13 fails to rollup icons if change Scale & Layout in Settings

Before changing Fences works, rolls up & hides icons in Fences. After change, rolling up Fence leaves icons/icon debris on desktop.

Reverting change, (reboot may be necessary), can restore Fences proper behavior.

Was intially set to 300% (Microsft default for my 3840x2400 display. Having eyesight problems; I chnaged to 350% and problem occurred.
