How can we get the windows 10 start menu with all features like grouping app in a folder etc. on windows 11?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should have Windows 10 Start Menu option in Start11 V1.0 which will be release really soon. Refer to screenshot below. Notice the "Windows 10 style option" available.
