Start 11 fraud

Very unhappy with your start 11 Beta.  Paid the money to download and use the software which was charged twice to my credit card.  When trying to change the settings within 10 minutes after installing it stated the Beta had expired and there was an upgrade for additional money.  I feel like I have run into a bait and switch situation.   After hearing Brad Sams promote the software on his podcast, I am extremely disappointed.  Uninstalled the software from my computer and requesting you refund my two charges immediately.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on your issue. But, usually the latest beta V0.55 should be available for download from your product page : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

But, if you wish for refund please raise a support ticket using link below and include all your purchase details in there.

When the final working version comes out, will it be available to those who paid for it?

Because the beta update doesnt appear under downloads in my product page

From what I understand, when the Full Start11 version release, all who purchase to Start11 beta should also have it without need to paying again.

Great ok thanks for the update. I have uninstalled the beta for now.

I'll check here when the final comes out and install it

 

The only thing under my products with the link you gave, is Start 10 not Start 11

That is Start10, not Start11, it might be you have purchase Start11 in another account. Try checking the email you use to link for your payment. A lot of time, people miss type their email address or if you use paypal to pay for it. It most probably under your paypal linked email address.

I have purchased other Stardock products as well. I paid for Fences, Windowblinds. But the email, I purchased these under is no longer valid. It's dead. Because my ISP killed their email server

So I lost money, because the other products updates are under my dead email. And, I can no longer update them, with the new email.

I had to purchase Start 10 twice. Because of it. But I have purchased Start 10 (again) and 11 under the new email, that I'm using now
