eligible upgrade but it refuses to charge the card.

I've tried to purchase the upgrade. (I own Start10).

It failed.  Saying I need to contact support. 

The Credit Card IS VALID.  But it won't accept it.

I've tried with a different card, and even got confirmation code to cell from credit card company to complete and approve the transaction...

(must have typed confirmation code wrong twice cause of the way it looked on SMS).  When I tried it again after refreshing the page, no

confirmation for the payouts as if it is blocked.... or something.

Than I've tried PayPal, But for whatever reason, the PayPal button on your popup offer, did nothing.

End results: seems I can't purchase the upgrade....  Will appreciate any help with sorting this out.
