Account registered to a defunct account

I have some games I purchased on Steam that have been registered to my original email Please don't post emails on the forums. This address is not even around anymore and has been retconned by my isp. It is a very old account. Most of my stardock products are registered to this Please don't post emails on the forums account. I cannot even reset my password to my original account because the account no longer exist for me to get to it.  I cannot purchase these products again because the steam account I purchased them too say that I already own the product. I am at a loss of what to do.
