I am running Fences ver. 3.1.3.3. Every day it tells me there is an update available. I am fully updated and no matter how many times I tell it to update again, it still keeps reminding me daily.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
next time it says to update , Do the update and immediately Reboot .
That should resolved the issue , if not report back please .
