Half of my folders just disappeared from each of my three fences. System restore did not return them. Using Windows 10. I was creating two new folders to move into a fence. Then the screen went blank, and after restarting, the folders were gone. System restore did not bring them back.

What happens is that it shows today and one previous day (yesterday). When I choose yesterday and ask for restoration, NOTHING HAPPENS.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link] Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot immediately after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
