Start 10 - BLACK screen

I was using the 30-day trial version of Start 10 and it expired.  I purchased the license this morning and right after that, my screen went black.  If I reboot, the screen goes black after logging in.  Nothing shows on the screen, except the mouse.  I can access Taskmanager if I press <ctrl><alt><del>.  nothing else works.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account here https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot , test and report back here if that works for you please.

From the taskmanager that opens, what happens if you run explorer.exe from the run box?

nothing happened when I ran explorer.  I was able to open chrome.exe though and I was able to run the purge.

The computer seems to be running ok now.  Thanks for the quick response.
