Groupy bug in windows growing oversize at top Win10

I purchased and have the latest Groupy installed.  It works really very well once one have mastered docking and using the windows however there is a workstopping bug particularly with the coming of Win11.

I use Win10 + PowerToys/Fanczones 0.41.4 (fancy zones will be a core of Win11) and it works so well I implore you to fix this critical bug.  I have fancy zones dividing my 36" widescreen monitor into 5 zones.  When I use Groupy in any zone and have more than 1 then that group will extend over the top of the zone by the header bar that Groupy adds at the top only obscuring the bar when the zone at the top of it is made active.  This does not happen at the top edge of my screen but only within the screen if I have a zone above the problematic one.  I'm convinced your Groupy is conpensating for the edge of my screen and renders within however it does not compensate to stay within a zone if not at the edge.

My Win10, Groupy, PowerToys are all the latest versions.

As your Groupy is really great for using single large screens and with the coming of Win11 zones please fix this bug urgently...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I noticed the issue and will forward your problem to Stardock Support Team for their review. For now it still work if you use the "Combine if possible" on Groupy tabs position. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Thks that helped a bit although only for my file explorer and not really for the web browser.  The toggle between the 2 options you pointed out is not very obvious so really needs a tick box.

With the coming of Win11 + larger screens I think it is very important that my issue be fixed properly...although I do understand that you have forwarded this so thank you.

I have the same problem with PowerToys.

The option to combine only solves it if the tabbed software has a native window frame to combine into, like the File Explorer, Notepad or Windows Settings and this application's window is active. If it has it's own frame, like Discord, Spotify or VSCode, PowerToys' FancyZone ignores Groupy's tabbar and resizes the window as if it didn't have the bar above it, so that's why it overgrows.

The weird thing is, I'm almost sure that it used to work alright until recently. I'm using Groupy since April and only now I'm noticing this weird behavior. But I updated my PowerToys and Groupy recently at the same time, so I don't know for sure which one broke the other.
