I am looking for that part i think it's the all program but i have tried a few and no luck, at first there was ne image defined so i have no clue any help on knowing where to get it would be nice i gave up.

Okay i go tit downloaded and installed i still can't find the all programs button to change it's appreance i am using start 10 windows & style 
that arrow is what i need to change it but i can't find it anywhere.
Try look under all program background.
