How to put apcdoc photo files into format readable by most people

I have recently purchased Ashampoo Photo Commander and Photo Optimizer from Stardock to edit my photos. The programs turn my photos into a file format called apcdoc, so that if I send them to friends, they are unreadable. How do I make apcdoc files readable to the rest of the world, such as by converting them to jpg?
