Website won't let me buy Object Desktop

Hi folks,

when I try to buy Object Desktop, I can get to the part where I enter a zip/postal code, but the tax calculation comes out as zero no matter how I format it. Btw, I'm entering a postal code, as I'm in Canada.

I leave it typed in despite the $0.00 tax calculation, and when I submit my order I get this message:

We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.

Any help with this would be great.
