Problem when booting up Windows

I am suddenly finding that your Fences and Start10 products which I purchased from Stardock are now asking for their serial numbers whenever I start up my computer and also offer (or is it threaten?) to uninstall the programs (see screen shots below:

 

   

 

This is proving to be a nuisance.  Why are Stardock's programmes doing this? And how can it be stopped?
