WindowBlinds Install Error

Fresh install windows wont instal WindowBlinds fix!    Install installer from windows store!     Enable developer mode install apps from any source enabled or side load apps~!   disabled realtime protection defender temporary for install! INSTALLED even with error program not installed correctly! Reboot to bind services @ startup! All back to normal after 8 hours of troubleshooting!

Hope this helps people who want there money back
