Task Manager not skinning properly

So I have both the normal windows 10 task manager and the classic one. But both don't seem to skin properly when i press ctrl shift escape. However manually running either program seems to make it work with the theme im currently running. What could be the Issue?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But need to know which Stardock's software you're referring to? Windowblinds or Curtains?

Thanks

Holding down ctrl causes WindowBlinds to automatically exclude the application from skinning.

As your hotkey has ctrl in it, this is the issue.

Unfortunately WindowBlinds will always check for that.

It will however ignore it if the left Windows key or the alt button are down.
