Power button disapeared in win7 & modern style

I have been using Start 10 since the beginning with no problems. The other day I opened my win7 style start 10 menu to restart my computer but the power button at the bottom wasn't there. I still have the option on what it does in configuration but no button. I did a complete uninstall then downloaded and installed a new copy through OD installer but still no power button. I had to install a widget power button. Does anyone know why its no longer displayed and how I can get it back?

Specifically, I don't have Stardock Windowblinds. But then chno Start10 does not work as required that's for sure ! We are waiting for the developers to find this error and fix it. I think it needs to be given a CRITICAL STATUS, a very large number of people have two or more administrator accounts on their PC. It turns out that in the first one everything works and in all the others there is a glitch
End of vitexeon's quote

I have performed a quick check here by creating a second admin account on my own computer.  Start10 continues to be able to shut down the pc.  Currently we have one user reporting this.

As I have stated before, the call to shutdown seems to be failing.  Why it is failing I cannot say and I suspect the Windows 10 menu is using another api for shutdown / reboot as there are a couple of options.

Some questions :

1) When doing this are you physically on the machine in question (I.e. at the physically connected keyboard / mouse)?  NOT via remote desktop or similar

2) Has this always been the case that shutdown / reboot is not working for you?

3) Does this happen if you instantly pick the option after login?

Guys, do you read the essence of the problem that was described in the posts earlier ? Or do you ask the same questions in a circle ? On the system, please read the post Reply #14 to which you have already repeatedly answered.

PS: And the fact that you do not have an error is not proof that the program works correctly for others ! If there were no errors, this discussion thread would not be the same (sorry, but I really do not like the typical answers of the First Line support service, it never goes into the essence of the user problem !)

1. Yes I am physically on the same machine

2. In a very old version 1.80, there is no such error, in all the other 94, 95, 96 there is

3. Yes, you can immediately go to Windows and immediately try to click Restart, there will be an error (more precisely, the mouse cursor will simply move to the center of the screen and nothing will happen)

I have a suspicion that your buttons in Start10 are somehow poorly formed, because I even made a command in the bat file shutdown-r-t 0 and it works perfectly

Tried on 4 versions of Win 10x64 and two win Server 2009 x64. As on obsolyutno clean, and with programs. The error is CLEARLY on the side of START10, since the update of the program releases does not keep up with the updates of Microsoft Windows. And what was a year ago in the Windows code on the current date has already been changed. We are waiting for you to finally fix this error, which occurs for users with a second Administrator account...

I'll write right away. That the latest releases of these operating systems are installed. And yes, in Windows Server 2019, Build 1809 is the latest !!! Then they update only the releases ! Test it in it
