Ashampoo Driver Updater

Installation Issues

Hi there,

I just purchased Ashampoo Driver Updater to see how good it is as a product.  Unfortunately, I cannot install it.  I get the following error when attempting to launch the program:

This was also after disabling the Windows Firewall.  I do not run any AV software.  I followed the instructions located here:

I am running Windows 10 Professional version 2004 (OS Build 19041.746)

Please help :)
