Multiplicity reduces download speed by 50%

Running a 1 gig network. Computer hardwired to modem. Ookla download speed 580. Connecting Multiplicity reduces download speed from 580 to 320. I can't imagine what is causing that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Connecting MP how - Seamless or an active KVM remote connection? How many connections are active?  How many times was the test performed?

KVM is active connection.. There is a single connection. Test is performed many times over the past month as I worked with my ISP to determine why my download speed is so slow.

Well, an active KVM connection, by its nature, would use bandwidth (sending video and audio if you have that set up).

What PC is showing the slower speed - the Primary or Secondary?  What does task manger say for bandwidth usage?
