Cross compatibility Start 10 and Curtains.

Hello, I set up start 10, customized my start button. I then set a dark curtains theme. That removed my start 10 start button customization. I want it back. When I open start 10, the button image I want shows with the text "Use curtains button." There is a pulldown menu and it won't let me pull it down or adjust it in any way. Can I adjust it forcibly by altering registry keys?

1) Why does curtains supercede start 10 and not allow me to keep my customized button?

2) How do I revert back to the original state before applying the customized theme in curtains? I tried to kill the process for curtains but win 10 added them back in seconds.

3) Is there a name for the original win 10 theme I can apply?

4) Will there be a version of curtains which allows start 10 to supercede and keep the customized start button image?

To switch away from the currently applied Curtains style you simply apply the Windows 10 style thats the first option in the Curtains list.
