Computer randomly locking since installing software

from Stardock Forums

Since I installed stardock software, my computer has randomly gone to the lock screen while in use 2 times. Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information.

  1. Your Windows version full numbers. Please use "Winver.exe" for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Which Stardock Software is suspected to causing your issue?
  3. Would like to know more on your system hardware specifications, such as CPU, Intel, AMD or ARM (Snapdragon) etc.

Hey, My windows version is Version 1909 Build 18363.1082.

Currently, I have fences, curtains, start 10, and groupy installed.

My processor is an Intel i7-8700k

Hello,

Please uninstall all of Stardock's application. And reinstall one at the time and see which one is causing the issue. Report back here. Remember to reboot every time it finish installing.
