Hi, I recently purchased your package for Fences and Groups as well as other applications. I only meant to buy Fences but for some reason I was charged 19.99. which is ok because I am receiving all the functions but I cannot download the program.
Could you help me out either with a download solution or a refund.

Hi so I was able to download the program but only by blocking Groupy so I was wondering if I could receive a 10 dollar refund because I cannot use those other functions. Furthermore, I truly didn't mean to purchase anything more than Fences, to begin with.

If you wish for refund you can do so by raising support ticket. The refund will be for the entire package. I believe, there are no such thing as partial refund.
