I purchased a copy of Start10 for my surface go 2 tablet, which is running the full version of windows 10 home version 1909. I have downloaded the software multiple times and each time it appears to work up to the reboot. After the reboot the config tool is not run so I am left with the windows menu system.
I checked the event log and found the following warnings.
