There should be an option to disable or untick a product from checkout, so if a person wants to buy 1 software and another software they already paid for is entered by mistake, they won't have to pay twice for the already bought software on the list. Currently it just adds the new software to the list and there's no way to take another already bought one out.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe there always a small "x" to the right of the product for you to cancel it.
