Additional Activations for Fences

I'm trying to figure out how many activations I get with the "Fences3 Additional Activations" product. The Fences3 product is $10 and the Additional Activations is $15, so I assume that there is more than one activation in the "Additional Activations" product, but I can't find any documentation that says how many there are. Does somebody know?
